1) We deliver Ex Works by our gate in DK-8600 Silkeborg for picking up the goods by your own shipping agent, or

2) We deliver CIF at your costs (costs, insurances and freight) from DK-8600 Silkeborg to your

home delivery address in your country. 

2) Delivery CIF to your delivery home address:

We shall insert the total freight price when ready, for the total freight by truck, by air or by ship/truck from DK-8600 Silkeborg

to your delivery home address. The kind of freight is your decision and we make you an offer for you first by email.

You must then activate the BUY-botton below, when you see the amount, where you now see

DKK 0.00.

General instructions for customers abroad:

1) If you live in another country than Denmak and if you want to have your order shipped to your destination outside Denmark,

you can order the freight by truck, by air freight og by sea freight. We can offer our assistance

and we can make you an offer.

If you accept our qoutation, you can pay for the total order by banker´s SWIFT-system against our invoice by email, or you can pay the total order

here by creditcard, when you accept our quotation to you, which you buy from us, following the blue icons marked 1,2, 3 or 4. 

2) You can contact us by email to jvholding@mail.dk, marked "Quotation for export freight", or you can go to our website Tangochair.dk and use

the contact site "Get a price B2B" ar the menu and inform us, which kind of transportation you want to use.

3) We reply back with a quotation by email for the freight you want and if you accept our quotation, we will insert the price here for you to pay along with the

furniture and crate for the chair. We have 4 windows at the front page of our shop, marked with serial numbers 1 - 4. We will inform you, which window

is for you ( 1, 2, 3 or No. 4) and you can recognize your destination city and country. So we can offer our services to 4 customers at a time.

The windows will contain your destination city and country, but no identifications on you.

The window with your freight rate and destination shall remain open for your orders in 24 hours.

4) When you have completed the order form with the type of chair you wish, pluse crate and freight, the specification is ready for payment and when you have

paid, you will receive an order confirmation by email. 

5) We shall ship the order in accordance with our order confirmation and we send you an invoice by email before we charge your credit card payment.

Besides the product icons 1 - 7 you must activate and purchase the export plywood crate and the freight, following the below icons, which are examples and not the

real icons, which you find along with the prodct icons 1 - 7.
